Your last gaming purchase

Post by Akkarin on Wed Feb 27, 2008 12:58 am

What was the last game you bought?

A few hours ago, I purchased Darkwatch for the Xbox.

It's a Horror Western FPS, with a vampire twist. Sounds interesting to me. It even has Rose McGowan voice acting the main female! Which is cool. Very Happy

The last games I bought were the StarCraft and Diablo Battle Chests. I bought these games when they came out, but over time I lost the CD keys and got new computers (or new hard drives), so I finally caved and bought them to get the CD keys to play on BattleNet.

Uh, bought? Sacred Gold, and that was either last year or the one before it.
Latest acquisition was Supreme Commander Gold Edition, which was a Christmas present.

(Heh, hands up who thought I was gonna say I pirated something Razz)

*raises hand*

Before I got the BattleChests I got The Orange Box off of steam. Lots of good games in it, and fairly cheap too.

Last game bought? RuneFactory for NintendoDS.

Now I just have to go and buy myself a DS. It was going to be a belated (or early, depending on how you look at it) birthday present for myself, since my mom finally found the giftcard that was supposed to be my present, but every time I went to the store they never had any in stock.

Then again, I was foolish enough to make those expeditions almost immediately after Christmas, so.... tongue

Going straight after Christmas isn't necessarily foolish, I see a lot of shops having major discounts to get rid of stuff that didn't sell. Same with easter eggs after easter. Cheap chocolate :3

Well, yeah, but they also tend to be out of stock because of the demand for presents, as well.

Might I suggest the ancient mystical hunting grounds of ebay? Chances are you can get a good quality one with a bunch of games for a lower price for the same quality DS bought from the shops.
(That's how I got my Dreamcast Razz)

No worries. I was looking at getting myself a DS sometime last year from there, but I realised I'd hardly ever play it anyway.
