hey I would say I'll be Rogue...but I'd quite like to make my own mutant!

Name: Elena Valentine
Age: 18
Power: Illusion; she can project illusions. These can be pretty much anything she wants someone to see, i.e someone seeing her physical appearance to change, or making the illusion of darkness all around an opponent. She is limited only by her own imagination, and hasn't quite worked out the extent of her powers, or ever used them for harmful purposes.
Location: X-Mansion
Appearance: Middle-height, slim, shoulder length black hair, green eyes
Occupation: Student
Background: Elena was born and brought up in Paris in a well-off family. Her parents are both still unaware of her powers. Elena discovered her powers while helping someone cheat on an exam; she was caught holding the test papers and she unconsciously projected an illusion that no one was there.
She caused her mother to have a nervous breakdown by accidentally projecting damaging illusions onto her. Her father moved her mother into a mental home. Elena then left home and travelled to the US where she met Prof X.
Now she is nervous about using her powers and unsure about how they can be manipulated.
Other than that, she is very friendly, very intelligent and loves to spend time with other people at the mansion.
