What you will find is that there is now a banner rotation system! That means that each time you refresh or change the page, the banners will also refresh. Although you may still get the same one, more times than now, you will see the image change to a new one.
As for the reason for doing this, after holding the competition...

We did decide on a winner but then we received a few more and got stuck LOL So we used them all.
