Well first of all.. those that think it will destroy the world are morons; a bunch of armchair scientists that suddenly think they know everything about particle physics, because they've read it in The Sun/Daily Mail newspaper or seen it on Fox News. Of course, they'll know more than the brains that spent years in University, Laboratories, and in the Field, because they've been informed by the media!I found out recently, with the whole fiasco surrounding the LHC's being turned on... that mass stupidity pisses me off. "The world is gonna end because they're gonna turn on this LHC".. that's basically what people were saying! Nevermind the fact that a particle/beam wasn't gonna be sent through the Collider straight away; no, just turning on the machine will end the world. Don't ask me how. Hell, it takes two to tango! And that's not happening till October.

If it was really going to destroy Earth,The UN would NEVER Allow such a project to be continued. But people really do think this is serious.7 Days ago a girl from & in India committed Suicide because she became distorted about the LHC Killed her. Hackers hacked the LHC Site too the same day. There really are people trying to stop this because they really do believe it will bring Doomsday _________________

Heh, well you know my opinion of them. XD I was hearing how many people call up daily, some very angry, some absolutely distraught, in tears, begging for them not to go through with it. I feel sorry for them. If only everyone could have a decent education like us.

Me? Decent Education? LOL You know my past Akky~ But i know what you mean. If only people...This is going to sound very bad but i cant think of a better way to word it. If only certain people were not so Weak Minded about the LHC Situation it would be so much better. _________________

True. This should be a joyous occasion. The mysteries of the universe are so close to being unravelled! I wanted them to set up a webcam of the switching on so I could watch it.. hey, these are the people that created the internet! I'm sure they could have set up a webcam! XD

XD It would be amazing if it worked. It can proove theorys such as The Big Bang Theory. I'm not sure if that would cause more problems or not. I have noticed online alot it says it could cause a " Stable " Black Hole,Theres no such thing lol _________________

Lol! Nah, they'd be too small to be stable. To be honest, if black holes were created, the best thing that could happen is that Stephen Hawking would win the Nobel prize. I say this because of his "Hawking Radiation" theory that states that if a black hole is small enough, it will give out more energy than it's taking in (therefore being unstable) and fizzle out on its own. If that's proved, he's won one. There are next to no particles within the LHC to actually feed the black hole, if one was ever to form.

That's true in many way's but i'm pretty damn sure the Human Race doesn't know EVERYTHING needed for Black Holes to form Random Fact : Stephen Hawking is English! (Found out the other day) _________________

I thought he was american ! Ha. ANyway this stipid thing...my silly little cousin who...worries about everything freaking possible. was calling me saying he was worried (he's only ten...) I was like; Nathan don't be so damn stupid they wouldn't do it if we were going to die. Haa...anyway, all this particle stuff confuses me..no wonder I failed science!
