So the basic rules are these:

1) Look at the picture posted by the picture poster
2) Post what you think is being said\done (nothing obscene\offensive)
3) Let 3 caption posts occur and then see if the picture poster chose YOURS as the winner!
4) The winner then gets to post their own pic, and the cycle begins again.
5) Be sure to check your picture size. Smile
