I've been to Anime Weekend Atlanta, um... 5 times, and I've been to Megacon 1 time! ^^

Well technically the London Expo isn't a con. 
It's a signing event. When you've been to a con, you'll tell the difference between them straight away. But for the purposes of this thread, I think it's close enough.
I have been to 2 Expos, 1 AmeCon (cosplaying convention). Other than that, I have been to 3 non-anime conventions. 2 were for the TV show Heroes, 1 was for Firefly/Battlestar Galactica.
So in total, that would be 6 so far. I have a BSG one coming up next weekend.. Then that's it for me until April/May where I will have 3-4 cons to attend!

What exactly do you do in conventions?
All I know is that it is a bunch of people dressed up as other people or characters running around doing something I don't know of. lol
